Personal Account Manager

Braleys believe that our friendly account managers provide customer service second to none. We dedicate our time to understand your every need, knowing your likes and dislikes, when your stocks are running low therefore saving your time and trouble.

Specials Department

If what you require cannot be found in our considerable selection of standard products, we also provide a special item search for the more unusual items. Give us all the information you have, we will search for it, find it and provide it.


Office Furniture

Assistance & Office Design:

When spending money on your office furniture, you want to be sure that you have chosen the right product, supplier and layout. When you need assistance to plan your office or visualise the end result then our Computer Aided Design service may be the solution.

Our designers combine the most up to date technology with their design skills to produce two dimensional or camera views of your offices. This service is usually free of charge when purchase of our own furniture is involved.

Refurbishment:

If you need a full refurbishment which might include partitioning, carpets, blinds, ceilings, lighting or electrics then we can help with these too; either as a stand-alone project or together with furniture.

We are familiar with the Construction Design Management requirements which are often involved with this type of work.

Colour and choice:

If you do not know what style of furniture you are looking for, we have various ranges of furniture available.

We also have a selection of approximately 1,000 colour options to suit your requirements. Sample colours of fabrics, woods or laminates are available on request.

If you have existing furniture that you would like to match; we will endeavour to find similar if not the same, in both the style of furniture and colour.

Stock and supply:

We aim to install at your premises within ten days from receipt of your order. There are however some occasions when our stock levels are just not sufficient to meet current orders.

We hold around £3 Million of product in our main 70,000 sq ft distribution centre to allow us to offer this service.

Whether you want one item or twenty, we are delighted to be able to help, there is no minimum order requirement.

Delivery and installation

Our delivery service covers all the United Kingdom.

We use 7.5 tonne lorries, each crewed by two professional installers, so that even the largest and most unwieldy products can be delivered to you safely and undamaged.

On larger installations our project manager will visit your offices to talk over any specific requirements with you. He will then be on site to oversee your installation to ensure that everything is completed to your full satisfaction.
